Alrighty, for those of you who've already noticed, NOIR has
 
it's own domain address XDD!

www.projectnoir.net

is FINALLY here! XD

With the new domain is our "new" forum:
http://projectnoir.net/forum or http://forum.projectnoir.net
I know that some people have had trouble with the layout of our previous forum, so I hope this new layout will work better.
Again, a dark layout (yes, we'll have a "lighter/brighter" layout available sometime later..), but hopefully not too hard on anyone's eyes.
With our new theme, I've also changed the layout of our forum!
