Please read our Registration Agreement before registering.
By agreeing to this form and by registering on our forum, you agree to:
1. Abide by the rules set forth by the administrator(s) and moderator(s) of this forum.
2. Not abuse the materials presented by the staff of NOIR to the public for private gain (by fan, for fans).
3. Not alter any materials released by NOIR (file naming, page scheme, credits page..etc).
4. Treat other members and their ideas presented on the forum with respect and courtesy.
5. Acknowledge the proper credits for all materials that have been produced by the staff of NOIR.
6. Acknowledge that all rights remain exclusively to the original author and licensed publisher of materials provided by NOIR and can be deleted upon specific request by such parties.
7. Not spam, advertise, or abuse our forum with materials that may be offensive to other members.
8. Accept consequences that may/will result from failiure to follow guidelines and rules set forth by the forum which can be warnings to bannings.
